Job Summary

Tetra Pak Pakistan is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who will execute autonomously logistic activities regarding Shipping and/or Warehouse in order to area to drive cost reduction improve service levels safety and effective utilization of warehouse and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be a technical reference for other areas or new employees.

This role will be based in Lahore Converting Factory.

What you will do

  • Ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customer: resolve issues that might arise with deliveries (in/out) at warehouse/ transportation: documentation for all goods in/out of factory (e.g. invoices delivery notes and etc)
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through periodic stock check
  • Implement and lead a good warehouse management in the factory (include outsourced)
  • Promote Workplace and material handling safety.
  • Administration of Dock and Yard management
  • Secure compliance to Regulations and Procedures regarding Certifications (ISOFSC as well as internal standards related to material handling and storage)
  • Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs (On Time Delivery) for all metrics concerning warehouse!
  • Actively manage and lead the warehouse team related to performance management individual development succession planning etc.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services Supply Chain Control Tower and Planning Hubs to secure customer deliveries and production supply
  • Participate in WCM teams and improvement activities in Warehouse & material handling.
  • Perform consumable planning order placement and follow-upson monthly basis with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Secure warehousing quality of service towards stakeholders e.g. Production/Customers including claims and Tis (investigating and identifying root cause analysis and driving eradication)
  • Effective warehouse space management and timely escalation in case of space constraint
  • Lead and manage the Fork Lift Truck drivers and FLT including liaising with the FLT supplier regarding maintenance and uptime of the FLT

We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering Mathematics or Economics.
  • 13 years of experience in warehousing and logistics preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Power BI MS Teams).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage blue-collar teams.
  • High attention to detail integrity and commitment to safety and quality.
