Job Summary
Job Purpose
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar restaurant and hotel ensuring a safe welcoming and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms bathrooms public areas bar restaurant and back-of-house spaces
- Make beds change linens and replenish towels and amenities
- Clean floors furniture fixtures and fittings to company standards
- Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean presentable and ready for service
- Restock housekeeping supplies and report low stock levels
- Report maintenance issues damages or health & safety concerns promptly
- Follow all health & safety COSHH and hygiene regulations
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
Qualifications :
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
- High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Reliable honest and flexible with working hours
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts including weekends mornings and bank holidays
