Perfect Household Staff is delighted to present a wonderful opportunity for a trustworthy and detail-oriented housekeeper to support a welcoming family of four including two children aged 12 and 17 residing in a charming three-floor five-bedroom private residence in Landmoth North Yorkshire. Working as a professional housekeeper in a private family home requires flexibility excellent organisational skills attention to detail and a proactive this role the housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the home to a high standard managing laundry with particular care for delicate materials supporting light gardening duties and overseeing day-to-day household organisation. The position also involves liaising with contractors shopping for household supplies and meals and providing complete care for the familys dogs when the principals are travelling. Cooking and driving are not essential but would be considered a valuable bonus.

As the property is located in the countryside a driving licence would be highly beneficial to support errands shopping and occasional household requirements. A vehicle can be provided by the principals if driving duties are required.

This is a live-in position with excellent accommodation provided. The housekeeper will be offered a self-contained annex within the property comprising a separate bedroom bathroom and living space ensuring privacy and comfort.

Main duties of the Full-Time Housekeeper:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of a three-floor five-bedroom private residence to a high standard.
  
• Managing all laundry duties including washing and caring for delicate fabrics.
  
• Carrying out light gardening duties and ensuring outdoor areas are well-maintained.
  
• Managing and coordinating household contractors and service providers.
  
• Shopping for household supplies and groceries ensuring the home is well-stocked.
  
• Offering complete care for the household dogs including feeding walking and general well-being particularly when the principals are travelling.
  
• Providing optional home-style cooking if required as an added benefit.
  
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household with a reliable and proactive approach.
  
  

Requirements for this Full-Time Housekeeper job:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper experience
  
• Two excellent checkable references
  
• Conversational English
