Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Package and distribute software to client systems ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards and as per approved software list.
- Coordinate the deployment of patches and updates monitor system performance post-deployment and troubleshoot any issues.
- Enforce threat and vulnerability management policies to safeguard IT network.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments & implement mitigation strategies in IT infrastructure as well as OT devices.
- Design & manage patch-management to ensure client systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Create and maintain software packages test deployments and manage version control for client systems servers and mobile devices.
- Implement and manage account policies ensuring proper user authentication authorization and access control.
- Conduct regular audits of user accounts and permissions to maintain security.
- Provide support to end-users for software distribution issues and related queries.
- Assist users with troubleshooting installation and configuration of software packages.
- Coordination with global IT and local cyber security team for implementation of upcoming tools & technologies.

Qualification and Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support particularly in client and software distribution.
Preferred Skills / Special Skills
- Strong knowledge & hands-on experience in threat and vulnerability management patch management software packaging and account policies.
- Proficiency in tools like TaniumSCCM WSUS NESSUS MS Defender Vulcan etc. with best practices for software distribution and version control.
- Strong knowledge of automation & scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
