Responsabilités / Responsibilities:

Sous la supervision générale du Superviseur de lentretien des rouleaux le/la Mécanicien(-ne) monteur dentretien de rouleaux doit enquêter évaluer et effectuer le travail nécessaire pour réparer les rouleaux de machines à papier ou dautres équipements spécifiés. /// Under the general supervision of the Roll Servicing Supervisor the Roll Maintenance Millwright will investigate evaluate and perform the necessary work to repair paper machine rolls or other specified equipment.

FONCTIONS ET TÂCHES

• Réparation démontage et assemblage de rouleaux pour lindustrie des pâtes et papiers (rouleaux aspirants rouleaux à couronne variable boîtes dengrenage).
• Inspection mécanique et dimensionnelle à laide dinstruments de mesure de précision et dinspections visuelles.
• Ajustement des têtes : vérification de la concentricité des cônes et des interférences selon les spécifications.
• Analyse des roulements : calcul des ajustements et des tolérances.
• Compétences hydrauliques et pneumatiques : diagnostic réparation et remise en état des systèmes.
• Lecture et interprétation de plans et dessins techniques; calcul des tolérances cercles et rayons.
• Fabrication de gabarits montages et têtes factices pour le perçage.
• Soudage (oxyacétylénique à larc MIG).
• Serrage au couple selon des tolérances précises.
• Équilibrage statique et dynamique des rouleaux.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• Mécanicien Industriel Certifié ou Apprenti Mécanicien Industriel;
• Connaissance fonctionnelle du système de mesure impérial;
• Habiletés de base en informatique pour de lentrée de données et les courriels (suite MS Office);
• Maîtrise du français anglais écrit et parlé fonctionnel;
• Disponible pour des quarts rotatifs (jour et soir);
• Nous exigeons un examen médical pré-emploi dans le cadre de notre processus dembauche.

DUTIES AND TASKS

• Repair: disassembly and assembly of rolls for the pulp and paper industry (suction rolls variable crown rolls gearboxes).
• Mechanical: dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments and visual inspections.
• Head adjustment: checking concentricity cones and interferences according to specifications.
• Bearing analysis: calculating fits and tolerances
• Hydraulic and pneumatic skills: troubleshooting repair and refurbishment of systems.
• Reading and interpreting: technical plans and drawings; calculating tolerances circles and radius.
• Fabrication: templates fixtures and dummy heads for drilling.
• Welding: (oxyacetylene arc MIG).
• Torque tightening: according to precise tolerances.
• Static and dynamic: balancing of rolls.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Licensed Millwright or Apprentice Millwright
• Functional knowledge of imperial measure system
• Computer skills including data entry and emails (MS Office Suite)
• Proficiency in French functional spoken and written English
• Available for rotating shifts (day and evening)
• As part of our hiring process we require a pre-hire medical examination
