Job Summary
Job Description
- Performs preventive maintenance and maintenance tasks including PM checks mechanical operations building inspections minor on demand repairs heavy duty cleaning moving of furniture grounds maintenance/work and janitorial tasks accordance with the written policies and procedures of Extendicare the facility trade/CSA legislation and the Maintenance Department as well as prescribed sanitation and infection control procedures.
- Reports unsafe and hazardous working conditions and any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
