1. Review and revise Xactimate estimates for accuracy completeness and optimization prior to submission
2. Ensure all line items are fully supported by field documentation photos notes moisture readings and reports
3. Identify missed scope underpriced items or inconsistencies and make necessary revisions
4. Cross-reference job documentation with estimates to meet carrier guidelines and audit standards
5. Improve estimate narratives and supporting explanations to reduce delays and rejections
6. Communicate with project managers and field staff to clarify scope and documentation gaps
7. Maintain organized compliant job files ready for carrier review or audit
8. Support billing accuracy and timely collections by strengthening estimate submissions
9. Assist in standardizing estimating and documentation best practices across the office

1. Advanced Xactimate experience required
2. Strong understanding of insurance estimating restoration scope and carrier expectations
3. High-level administrative and organizational skills
4. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
7. Proven ability to work independently and under pressure

1. Prior experience in the restoration or insurance claims industry
2. Familiarity with mitigation contents and reconstruction estimating
3. Experience reviewing or auditing estimates for compliance and billing accuracy
