Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager - Estimation - Escalators

Your main responsibilities

Estimation Escalators
This position is the key driver of Sales Pricing and Processes related to Escalators and Moving walkproducts within the India Business Unit.
The ideal candidate should have strong cross functional leadership skills to confidently guide the Salesorganization to achieve results through a matrix environment by influencing other key functional groups(e.g. Esc Product Line Manager Marketing Engineering Field and Group). They will be required to prioritizetheir work and time to balance the on-going Escalator sales pipeline along with strategic operational responsibilities include the following.

Sales Management & Analytics
Drive day-to-day sales pipeline and activities to ensure that the Field Organization (Escalators & ElevatorsSales Specialists Territory Sales Managers) executes to the yearly Sales Budgets.
Provide analyse and report monthly quarterly and yearly pricing trends market share revenue andprofitability for Escalator products.
Set pricing and go to market strategy of Escalator products

Sales & Marketing Support and Processes
Ensure timely implementation and resolution of Sales related issues to support business needs (leadtimes custom applications)
Support custom application estimates specification & drawing reviews as required
Schedule Coordinate and Conduct on-going and new product Sales training
Maintain/Update Marketing information (sales brochures internet intranet)
Assess and create/improve processes methodologies presentations and tools to support the salesteam

What you bring

Eligibility
Education Qualification
Graduation (preferably B.E./. Electricals/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil)
Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
Auto-cad

Professional experience
Techno commercial in construction industry
Tender reading and estimation tools
