We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Head Sales & Marketing to lead revenue generation sales strategy reservations and brand positioning for a premium luxury hospitality property. The role requires deep expertise in high-end resort sales strong leadership capabilities and the ability to penetrate niche highpurchasing-power markets.
The incumbent will work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to maximize ARR (Average Room Rate) grow market share and ensure sustained revenue performance across all sales channels.
Develop implement and own comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize ARR occupancy and market share.
Prepare monitor and present sales budgets forecasts and performance reports.
Review and approve corporate negotiated rates (CVGR contracts).
Ensure rate parity across all channels including website OTAs GDS and travel partners.
Actively penetrate niche and high-value clientele segments.
Drive new business through Travel Agents DMCs Inbound Agents OTAs MICE Weddings Corporates and Events.
Attend travel trade shows sales missions roadshows and industry networking events.
Build and maintain long-term value-based relationships with key accounts and partners.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead mentor train and develop the sales and reservations team.
Set clear targets KPIs and booking goals for team members.
Participate in sales calls negotiations and closures for key accounts.
Foster a high-performance results-driven sales culture.
Conduct monthly sales strategy meetings and regular performance reviews.
Drive internal and external promotions campaigns and press releases.
Ensure effective online presence and performance across portals and digital platforms.
Maintain and expand corporate incentive and loyalty programs.
Ensure brand positioning aligns with luxury and experiential hospitality standards.
Work closely with Front Office Accounts and Operations for rate execution contracts and billing accuracy.
Assist operational teams during group arrivals and departures to ensure seamless guest experience.
Monitor payment follow-ups credit limits and collections from travel partners and corporates.
Ensure documentation and reporting of daily weekly monthly and annual sales conversions.
Ensure adherence to company standards SOPs grooming and code of conduct.
Safeguard company assets linked to sales and marketing operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Strong commercial awareness with proven expertise in budgeting P&L and forecasting.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts.
Proven track record in selling high-end hospitality products and destinations.
