About this Role
As aField Service EngineeratDawsongroup youll be on the move servicing and repairing our growing fleet of forklifts at customer sites across the UK. Youll be hands-on solving problems and keeping businesses running smoothly.
- Completing routine maintenance diagnosingfaults carrying out repairs as necessary
- Working on a range of Material Handling Equipment ranging from electric to IC engines brake systems hydraulics and electrics.
- Ensuringall work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Providingexcellent service to our long-standing customer base.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry training (fully funded).
About You
Youre a skilled engineer or mechanic who enjoys working independently solving problems and delivering great service. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of keeping equipment in top condition.
- Experience in a similar role car and vans to forklift agricultural or construction equipment.
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills hands-on and practical.
- Excellent communication clear professional and customer-focused.
- Highly organised able to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently.
- A clean driving licence highly desirable for this field-based role.
