Production Supervisor
Location: AkzoNobel Felling UK

Now were looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Yacht Coatings team in Felling. If youre passionate about manufacturing excellence and leading high-performing teams this is your chance to make an impact.
Job Purpose
As Production Supervisor youll manage daily Yacht production operations ensuring safety quality and efficiency targets are met. Youll lead a team of manufacturing professionals drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across functions to deliver on-time in-full production.
Job Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet demand and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and foster a Safety First culture.
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma OEE) to enhance productivity.
- Lead coach and develop the production team to achieve high performance.
- Collaborate with Planning Engineering Quality and HSE teams for smooth operations.
- Act as Duty Manager and site incident controller as required.
- Monitor KPIs compile reports and recommend process improvements.
About You
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership and people management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or Engineering (desirable).
- Lean or Six Sigma trained.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize self-manage and work under pressure.
