The primary function of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Account Service Team and client. The position is accountable to provide a positive customer service experience through general processing and coordination functions to ensure Account Service Team and / or client timelines are handled accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall administrative support to Account Service Team.
  • Policy reporting and compliance monitoring
  • Submit invoicing to accounting and accounts receivables monitoring
  • Troubleshoot invoicing issues with accounting and carriers
  • Prepare and deliver policy documents endorsements and forms
  • Review accuracy of data in client and information management systems
  • Accurately enters data into multiple platforms.
  • Monitor general Outlook mailbox and distribute emails as necessary
  • Coordinates client calls with the Account Service Team as needed


Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • High level of comfort working independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work well on a team.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Office attendance expected

Preferences:

  • Insurance administration 1-3 years
  • Administrative experience 1-3 years

Physical Demands:

  • Long periods in a seated position
  • Screen Exposure
  • Large amounts of typing
  • Must have access to a reliable source of transportation.
