Compensation

• Competitive starting pay range of $21.62- $22.72 per hour paid weekly
• Pay: Competitive starting pay rate based on experience and qualifications
• Increases: Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases

• 07:00 PM-07:00 AM
• 12 Hours

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste quality efficiency and utilization
• Trouble shoot identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine
• Provide innovative solutions for production issues
• Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel
• Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork accounting for crewing time machine time and production quantities
• Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects
• Observes all housekeeping standard work and safety guidelines
• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required

Qualifications

• Must be able to constantly stand walk use hands and arms
• Must be able to occasionally stoop kneel crouch and climb stairs
• Must frequently be able to bend at the waist/ hips
• Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Constantly required reaching away from the body and frequently reaching overhead
• Ability to keep up with a machine conveyor line
• Able to work in differing temperatures
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required
