Job Summary

World Class Manufacturing Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager

We are looking for a World Class Manufacturing Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager to be a part of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) team inside the company. We are committed to make continuous process improvement part of our culture with customer satisfaction as the main driver of all our improvement processes. World Class Manufacturing (WCM) supports our effort to become a World Class this role you will be responsible to drive the Continuous Improvement program within our Denton TX factory to take it to the maximum recognition of that methodology.

This position is based in Denton TX.

What you will do

As Continuous Improvement Manager you will:

  • Drive the World Class Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement program inside the factory.
  • Support in defining the Denton Strategy aligned with KMIs (Key Metric Indicators) KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KAIs (Key Activity Indicators).
  • Stimulate change to continuous improvement and a digital mindset.
  • Motivate empower and train people to use WCM methodology in their daily activities.
  • Provide methodological support with organization pillars and teams basic and advanced tools.
  • Define and spread best practices WCM standards. Focus on Maintain.
  • Provide and organize WCM training supporting all levels of the organization.
  • Audit the progress of WCM implementation and involvement.
  • Participate in cross audits as well as regional WCM network.
  • Lead the WCM program to World Class Level.

We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or similar engineering fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing people coming from different functions and backgrounds coordinating and auditing team activities and running projects.
  • Experience leading a pillar and teams using WCM methodology.
  • Experience in change management and successfully applying principles & methods.
  • Strong experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or similar Continuous Improvement Methodology.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification highly preferred.
  • Soft skills: team player leadership development of others proactivity analytical mindset results oriented great communication on all levels.
  • Fluency in English
