As a Hardware Series Project Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the successful series production of innovative hardware solutions for the automotive industry. Working closely with customers and international cross-functional teams you will drive projects from change request to implementation with a strong focus on quality cost and delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating closely with plant customer and hardware development teams
- Collaborating with international cross-functional stakeholders such as sales manufacturing quality technical purchasing and controlling
- Aligning and agreeing on change project targets with customer teams
- Reporting project status risks and progress regularly to management
- Planning and steering hardware-related project activities including cost tracking and task management
- Defining releasing and implementing hardware changes to support cost optimization and supply chain stability
- Applying project management methods such as quality change and risk management to ensure project success
Qualifications :

Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
Experience
- Proven experience in managing technical or hardware-related projects ideally in the automotive industry or a similar environment
Know-how
- Solid technical understanding and strong motivation to solve complex technical challenges
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Languages
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
Working Style and Methods
- Structured target-oriented and quality-focused working approach
