Job Summary

Requirements:

5 years of experience in sales (BPO or Packaging industry preferred)
Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
Strong knowledge of US sales campaigns
Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
Highly target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure

Responsibilities:

Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
Plan and execute sales strategies for the US market
Monitor daily and monthly team performance
Ensure sales targets are met consistently
Conduct team training coaching and performance reviews
Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain strong client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with management to improve sales processes and outcomes

Work Schedule:
8:00 PM 5:00 AM
