Job Summary
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales (BPO or Packaging industry preferred)
- Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
- Strong knowledge of US sales campaigns
- Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
- Highly target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Plan and execute sales strategies for the US market
- Monitor daily and monthly team performance
- Ensure sales targets are met consistently
- Conduct team training coaching and performance reviews
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with management to improve sales processes and outcomes
