Join First Response Group as a Crowd Safety Supervisor working at a major football and events venue based in Watford. This is a front-facing role where professionalism awareness and customer service matter just as much as safety.
You will help create a safe and positive environment for spectators while supporting event operations from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising stewards and SIA officers across allocated zones
Delivering pre-event briefings and ensuring staff are correctly deployed
Monitoring crowd dynamics and adjusting resources where required
Managing incidents and escalating where necessary
Maintaining communication with control room and management teams
Ensuring compliance with event safety plans and licensing conditions
Requirements:
Level 3 Spectator Safety Certificate
Valid SIA licence
Proven experience in a supervisory crowd safety role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to make clear decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and reporting skills
