Job Purpose

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the development and administration of environments including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and the cutting-edge Lightning OMS. You will partner with Architects to build efficient automated and user-centric applications that empower client-facing and back-office teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on greenfield Lightning Experience projects implementing modern solutions from the ground up while becoming a global pioneer in Lightning OMS implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure customized solutions in collaboration with System Architects to drive key business processes.
• Develop custom applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and JavaScript prioritizing modern frameworks over legacy tools.
• Manage complex CRM integrations with other SaaS applications and back-office systems to ensure data continuity.
• Research and evaluate Salesforce capabilities to provide gap analyses and recommend innovative features for process improvement.
• Lead system release schedules and rollout activities for assigned applications ensuring high-quality deployments with clean codebases.
• Author and maintain comprehensive system configuration documentation to support long-term scalability and maintenance.
• Act as a thought leader in leveraging the latest Salesforce functionality to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of relevant experience working with Lightning Web Component or LWC and 7 years of total IT experience
• Proven experience in development including Apex Classes Triggers Controllers LWC and Web Services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and integrate AppExchange products and use data tools like Data Loader or DemandTools.
• Possession of Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications with a commitment to continuous platform learning.
• Effective communication skills to gather requirements deliver designs and provide regular updates to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies including HTML CSS and intermediate-level JavaScript (ECMAScript).
• Strong analytical mindset with a desire to improve business processes through automation and sophisticated declarative tools.
• Professional level of English both verbal and written suitable for a collaborative global environment.
