The Influencer Marketing Managerwillbuild a powerful community of culinary storytellersgrillmasters home cooks and food experimenters who bring Kinders flavor to life. This role owns end-to-endinfluencerstrategy outreach negotiations content review and reporting across paid and earned programs.

This person will be deeply embedded in the food contentlandscape frommacroTikTok kitchen talent to micro-influencerssharing simple weeknight recipes. They willidentifyinfluencerswho can authenticallyshowcaseourproductsand help scale Kinders presence through culturally relevant high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy & Program Design

  • Define Kinders approach to influencer marketing includingstrategiesforseasonal moments ( season summer grilling holiday) product launches cooking trendsretailerneedsand evergreen flavor storytelling.
  • Own annual influencer budget contractworkflowsand paid media support.

InfluencerSourcing Vetting & Negotiation

  • Identifyinfluencersacross whose cooking style and audience align with Kinders brand ethos.
  • Leverage current agencypartnerwhile exploringalternative platformsto source creators evaluate performance and negotiate fair rates.
  • Build long-term relationships withinfluencers agents and managers.

Campaign & Content Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns: briefing reviewing content providing feedback and driving approvals.
  • Ensure content feels real and authentic to the creatorNOT overly polishedscriptedorproduct forward.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics including reach engagement video completion saves data insights tooptimizefuture strategies anddemonstrateprogram impact.
  • Buildcustomreports for cross-functional teams summarizingresultsand learnings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Social MediaManagerandtheDigitalTeam to ensureinfluencercontent aligns with brand prioritiescampaign messagingand is integrated intoorganic channels and the website.
  • Collaborate with Community Management Coordinator and Social Media Manager onthe product seeding program.
  • Work with Legal/Compliance on FTC guidelines and brand safety.

Qualifications

  • 46 years of influencer/creator marketing experience within food lifestyle or CPG.
  • Strongtrack recordof managing influencer campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of food creator culture kitchen content formats and platform trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build andmaintainrelationships with talent and agents.
  • Strong negotiation skills for contracts deliverables and rates.
  • Ability to manage budget reporting and multiple creator workflows simultaneously.
  • Proficient with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to make informed decisions and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay Transparency

The expected starting salary range for this role is $115000- $130000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
