The Opportunity
The Adobe Professional Services Consultant role offers an outstanding opportunity to work closely with clients understanding their technical and business requirements to implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions that deliver maximum value. Your key objective will be to ensure successful project delivery for Data related solutions including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign solutions. Your activity may include but not limited to evangelizing Adobe solutions leading technical design developments testing and go-live delivering quality codes and documentations partnering with enterprise and corporate Adobe customers collaborating with ecosystem teams (e.g. sales/pre-sales team offshore delivery team etc.) engaging as a key point of contract for technical queries or troubleshooting/optimization related to Adobe solutions and ensuring customers business value is achieved with adoptions of Adobe solutions.
The over-arching goal is to ensure that you understand your customers specific technical requirements and are in a position to anticipate and avoid issues identify and mitigate against risk and contribute to a successful implementation and partnership with Adobe in-house teams and partners to make it success.
When necessary you may be required to go onsite to present solutions conduct on-site workshops co-work with customers teams or expedite the resolution of a technical issue.
