Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Margin backend systems including Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities.
- Design and improve core logic for margin calculation leverage collateral management risk ratios and liquidation.
- Partner closely with Engineering Risk Quant and Trading teams to build scalable and resilient backend systems.
- Translate complex margin and risk requirements into clear PRDs system flows and technical specs.
- Drive system optimizations to improve accuracy stability latency and margin efficiency.
- Coordinate across Spot Derivatives Wallet and Risk teams to deliver seamless unified account experiences.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
- Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems.
- Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin Futures Perpetual swaps options etc.
- Technical or quantitative background (e.g. CS Financial Engineering Math).
- Ability to understand trading algorithms risk methods and translate them into product requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
