What you will do
- Handle a mix of commercial litigation matters involving real estate eviction family injury and general liability.
- Both plaintiff & defense-side litigation
- Regular court appearances mediations and hearings
- Draft and argue motions and help drive case strategy from day one
- Work directly with clients early in the case and maintain steady communication
- Jump on urgent issues when they arise including Connecticut-specific prejudgment remedy work

- Connecticut Bar admission in good standing
- Comfort in court including motion practice and fast-moving hearings
- A self-starting style with solid judgment and clean legal writing
- An interest in learning a specific litigation approach through in-person mentorship
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary targeted around $120000 to $125000 with flexibility into higher ranges for standout candidates
- Discretionary bonus
