Job Summary:
The Industrial Performance Engineer is responsible for workingcross-functionally to enhance plant operational and financial performance by developing and rolling out plant wide Continuous Improvement initiatives. They are responsible for leading project teams leading task force initiatives planning Kaizen events and coaching/mentoring others within the organization to apply principles and methodologies of Continuous Improvement.
