Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Specialist will assist in onboarding customer engagement and retention efforts. They will ensure that customers have a smooth experience with mazeed proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

Reporting to: Customer Success Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Onboarding & Training: Help new customers get started and maximize product value.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proactively check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor Customer Health Scores: Identify churn risks and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Work with support teams to ensure fast resolution of customer issues.
  • Customer Communication & Feedback: Gather insights from customers and relay them to internal teams.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in tracking customer health retention rates and churn.
  • Automation & User Journey: Help implement automation tools for lifecycle communication.

Qualifications :

What You Will Bring To The Role:

  • 12 years of experience in customer success support or account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in building reports and automation workflows is a plus.
