The SharePoint Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical and functional support for SharePoint-based services within NATOs Digital Workplace environment. This role supports continuous service improvement platform deployment and user support in an Agile Scrum environment ensuring alignment with NATOs enterprise digital strategy and security requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide level 3 support to the second level support team.
Contribute to continuous service improvements through user stories and story points.
Deploy Intranet uplift components and develop use cases for vNext Digital Workplace platform Virto One suite and InfoPath alternatives.
Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles). Provide technical and functional support to the Digital Enablement team to accelerate their efforts.
Understand the NATO Enterprise Digital Workplace requirement and Strategy to envision and deploy (parts of) a vNext platform
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with SharePoint service support and maintenance.
Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and service level agreements.
Proficiency in incident and service request management using ITSM systems.
Experience with SharePoint configuration and troubleshooting across multiple security domains.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
Ability to create technical documentation and use cases.
Familiarity with IKM tools (EDMS PITT NIP TT) and NATO Restricted (NR) environments
