Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare We are seeking an experienced Hospital General Manager In KZN at EXCO reporting level to lead a high-performing business unit drive strategic growth and foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment.
Role Overview
As General Manager you will:
- Build and enhance relationships with medical professionals and diverse stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth.
- Scan and interpret macro and micro environments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational values and long-term goals.
- Provide strategic leadership to the business unit and executive team.
Requirements
- A relevant 3-year bachelors degree (NQF level 7).
- Postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years senior managerial experience preferably in healthcare or service-related environments.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and grow market share.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Resilience in complex challenging environments.
