Role Overview
As a Speech-Language Pathologist you will plan and deliver individualized therapy services tailored to each students communication needs. You will work with a diverse student population helping children strengthen speech language and communication skills that support both academic success and social development. Your work will play a key role in helping students reach meaningful milestones and build confidence in their abilities.
What Youll Do in this role:
- Provide direct services in an elementary school setting.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with educators families and school-based teams.
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
Requirements
Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) possess a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field and have an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina or be eligible to obtain licensure.
