About the Role

This position provides operational leadership across Yarra Libraries branch network supporting a team of library branch managers to deliver high-quality customer service and community-focused programs. The role ensures consistent service delivery workforce coordination and continuous improvement across all locations. It fosters a customer-focused culture supports staff development and contributes to operational planning and reporting in alignment with Council values and strategic goals. The role also works collaboratively with the Coordinator and other service Leadsto ensure integrated service delivery across the library network.
