We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel. This is primarily an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9am5pm with flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support client events familiarisation trips site inspections and show rounds.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Positive attitude and committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Desirable Criteria
- At least 1 years experience in hotel sales or a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of hotel booking or CRM systems
