Responsibilities
- Accountable for safely executing service operations at expert level including trials in line with given standards and defined scope
- Execute defined service tasks self-responsibly while adhering to given work instructions. Support to create and improve work instructions.
- Document and report defined scope of work conduct (KPI performance) reviews with customers. Create and communicate performance reports and recommendations to customers.
- Troubleshoot service situations and handle objections professionally
- Achieve customer satisfaction and ensure all business and service activities meet/exceed customer KPIs.
- Capture & share customer insights and opportunities for new projects to support organic growth
- Extend customer relationships at all technical and operational levels.
- Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to given standards promote a safety culture ensure implementation of competency framework and on-time execution of required trainings.
- Onboard and train Technical Field Service team
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemicals or Chemical / Petroleum Engineering
- Optional with proven experience: Chemical Technician or Oil and Gas Technician.
- 5-10 year of experience in the oil and gas field and/or laboratory.
- Communication skills: communicate effectively with team and various customer stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and handling of objections
- Inspiring customer confidence delivering results and meeting customer expectations
