Job Summary $48856 - $87242 / year DOQ Full-Time County Benefits James City Countys Department of Social Services seeks an individual to perform responsible work in support of various Housing Programs. The position requires full accountability for all inspections of housing units compiling of inspection reports written and oral communication with landlords tenants homeowners contractors and others. |
Responsibilities Conducts initial annual follow-up and special inspections for all assisted rental units. |
Qualifications: Considerable knowledge of the principles of housing inspection and repair property management home improvement or construction trades. |
