About the Role

As a Junior Data Engineer youll work across the data pipeline - from source systems to visualization - using the latest Microsoft Azure technologies. Youll help accelerate analytics implementation in our Global Data Analytics Hub collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements design develop configure test and maintain analytics solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn grow and contribute to impactful projects in a supportive environment.

You dont need to know everything from day one! Were looking for someone eager to learn with a solid foundation and a passion for data engineering. Youll be mentored by experienced colleagues and encouraged to explore new tools and technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and clarify requirements

• Design develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions on Azure

• Participate in the full data lifecycle: ingestion transformation and visualization

• Test and document solutions to ensure quality and maintainability

• Stay updated on analytics trends and participate in tool evaluations

• Contribute to a collaborative agile team environment

We are Looking For

• 2 years experience as a Data Engineer or Business Intelligence Developer

• Familiarity with Azure Analytics tools (Databricks SQL Spark Python Spark Azure DevOps Azure Data Factory etc.)

• Exposure to BI development methods and patterns

• Experience working in agile teams (SAFe/Scrum) is a plus but not mandatory

• Understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse concepts (Lakehouse Kimball modeling) is a plus but not required

• Strong communication initiative and collaboration skills

• Eagerness to grow and take on new challenges
