Job Summary

Essential Job Functions

Design and manage global security initiatives including physical security asset protection crisis management and travel safety.
Develop and maintain security policies standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments across facilities supply chains and digital infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness.
Lead global incident response planning and execution including emergency preparedness and business continuity.
Serve as a key liaison during critical events coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Partner with regional security leads operations teams and executive leadership to align security priorities with business goals.
Provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization.
Prepare and present regular reports on security metrics incidents and program performance.
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel to transportation sites and facilities as needed.
Extended periods of standing walking and occasional lifting.
Use of computers and standard office equipment.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management Transportation or related field preferred.
5 years of experience in transportation security logistics or related field.
Strong knowledge of business methodologies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Experience managing corporate security programs.
Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills.

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management abilities.
Demonstrated initiative good judgment and ability to achieve results through others.

Knowledge and expertise in project/program management and portfolio management methodologies and tools. Ability to strategically plan over a 1224 month time span strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
