Essential Job Functions
- Design and manage global security initiatives including physical security asset protection crisis management and travel safety.
- Develop and maintain security policies standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments across facilities supply chains and digital infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness.
- Lead global incident response planning and execution including emergency preparedness and business continuity.
- Serve as a key liaison during critical events coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Partner with regional security leads operations teams and executive leadership to align security priorities with business goals.
- Provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security across the organization.
- Prepare and present regular reports on security metrics incidents and program performance.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to transportation sites and facilities as needed.
- Extended periods of standing walking and occasional lifting.
- Use of computers and standard office equipment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management Transportation or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in transportation security logistics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of business methodologies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience managing corporate security programs.
- Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative good judgment and ability to achieve results through others.
Knowledge and expertise in project/program management and portfolio management methodologies and tools. Ability to strategically plan over a 1224 month time span strong client orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
