As the Branch Manager youll play a key role in achieving our clients business plan objectives and meeting the expectations of owners customers and employees. You will lead a dedicated team manage physical and financial resources effectively and ensure the branchs profitability and growth. Work with your team to boost sales profitability and market share.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers; address and resolve any elevated issues.

Partner with other branch managers and business areas to implement best practices and ensure consistent processes.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
Maintain a safe healthy and positive workplace for all employees.

Requirements:

Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
Strong commercial and financial acumen preferably within retail agricultural or mechanical sectors.
A strong emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical business planning problem-solving and communication skills.
