As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Rivermont Schools you will help students with autism and behavioral differences build skills confidence and independence. Youll work alongside teachers therapists and BCBAs to implement individualized behavior plans and create a positive structured classroom environment where every student can succeed.
What Youll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Current RBT certification and active CPR certification
Training or certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
Strong communication documentation and collaboration skills
Commitment to supporting students with behavioral and learning challenges
What Youll Do
Deliver individualized behavioral programming under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
Support students in academic social and daily routines to build independence
Collaborate with teachers therapists and families to ensure consistent care
Model professionalism patience and reliability in every interaction
