What Youll Do
- Implement and monitor systems that support people who are engaging in challenging behaviors.
- Participate as a team member in order to facilitate enriched quality of life desired lifestyles increased levels of independence and productivity and social/physical integration.
- Provide direct clinical services as well as review behavioral staff reports/plans.
- Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary clinical team which provides assessments intervention strategies and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications :
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst who meets one of the following credentialing pathways:
Option 1: BCBA Track
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
Option 2: Licensing Track
- License: Current Licensed Psychologist (LP) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or any other licensed professional whose California licensure permits the design and/or implementation of behavior modification intervention services.
- Education: Completion of 12 units of ABA coursework from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of behavior modification intervention services.
General Requirements (all candidates):
- Education: Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related clinical field.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical administrative and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Logistics: A valid drivers license and active auto insurance.
