Zions Bancorporation is seeking an experienced strategic and results-drivenProject Managerto join our Enterprise Portfolio program based in Midvale a Project Manager you will lead complex cross-functional projects that support our business transformation regulatory compliance and digital modernization efforts. Youll work closely with executive stakeholders product owners and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure
Develop detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and status reporting
Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and manage change effectively
Plan and carry out organizational change activities
Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements
Contribute to PMO best practices
Job Qualifications
6 years of project management experience ideally within financial services (PMP preferred)
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
Proven success managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)
Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA ADO ServiceNow SPM)
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Work Location:
This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd Midvale UT 84047
The Zions Technology Center is a 400000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale Utah. Located on the former Sharon Steel Mill superfund site the sustainably built campus is the companys primary technology and operations center.
