An exciting opportunity has become available for the right candidate to join 54Reasons as Family Support Specialist within our Secondary Family Support Program. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity support families with children 0-18 years providing case management services through a child rights lens in order to create positive and sustainable long-term change for children and young people.

In this full-time maximum term role available until December 2027 (with the possibility of extension) youll work as a part of our Secondary Family Support team in Brisbane to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
