Job Summary

Initial project on a major data centre project in Finland with ongoing projects across Europe. Full relocation support provided including accommodation meals and regular travel home.

Client: Leading Specialist Construction Contractor
Essentials: Degree in Health & Safety; 5 years experience in a similar role; strong knowledge of EU H&S legislation.
Location: initially on-site in Finland; European projects.
Salary: 55000 - 65000 DOE
Package: Pension Relocation (Flights and expenses) Accommodation Meal allowance car etc.

Implement and monitor the companys Health & Safety Management System across data centers construction sites.
Carry out regular site inspections audits and safety reviews to ensure full legislative and company compliance.
Deliver toolbox talks site inductions and H&S training to site teams and contractors.
Develop review and update risk assessments method statements and safety documentation.
Investigate accidents incidents and near misses ensuring accurate reporting and corrective actions.
Promote a strong safety culture by positively challenging unsafe behaviours and site practices.
Liaise with site management clients insurers and external authorities as required.
Track and report health and safety performance trends and key metrics to senior management.
Support tender prequalification submissions and safety-related documentation.
