Job Summary
Hallmark Cards Inc. (Hallmark) and Stinson LLP (Stinson) are pleased to offer a split summer position for a current 1L law student. Based in Kansas City Missouri the Summer Associate will be an employee of Stinson and split the 10-week summer program between the firm and Hallmarks legal department. The successful candidate will be offered meaningful opportunities to work on legal-related assignments and to learn about Stinson Hallmark and the Kansas City community as a whole.
For more information on Stinsons Summer Program visit Summer Associate salary is $3653 per week. Summer Associates are not eligible for benefits as this is a temporary position. Stinson hires 1L Summer Associates with the hope that after the successful completion of their 1L summer they will re-join us for their following 2L summer.

Qualifications:
- 1L student attending an ABA-accredited school
- Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity equity and inclusion
- Strong academic record as an undergraduate graduate (if applicable) and law school student
- Effective legal writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
