Division of Capital Square Services (DCSS) is a customer-focused organization that provides high quality cost effective and timely services for the roughly 75 state and legislative agencies located within the Capitol Square complex. We operate and maintain approximately 6.45 million square feet of space at the Capitol Complex and throughout the metropolitan Richmond area including office buildings the State Capitol the Governors Mansion and monuments.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Custodial Operations Manager to support custodial services across a large government capitol complex. This role is critical in ensuring the cleanliness safety and operational efficiency of facilities while upholding high standards of service delivery.
