Envirosight is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Randolph NJ operations. This role is responsible for the accurate handling shipping receiving and documentation of materials equipment and finished goods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse or logistics operations is detail-oriented and understands the importance of accuracy timeliness and teamwork in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists

• Inspect received materials for damage and report discrepancies

• Accurately process receipts and shipments in the inventory or ERP system

• Prepare outgoing shipments including picking packing labeling and documentation

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments using approved carriers

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations export requirements and company procedures

• Maintain organized inventory storage and staging areas

• Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift pallet jacks etc.) as required

• Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse environment

• Collaborate with production purchasing and customer service teams to support on-time delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving warehouse operations or logistics

• Strong understanding of shipping documentation freight carriers and inventory control

• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems

• Ability to read packing slips bills of lading and shipping instructions accurately

• Comfortable lifting 25 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Dependable punctual and safety-focused

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience

• Experience shipping high-value equipment or technical products

• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
