Job Summary
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our operations team in Charlotte NC. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
Prepare outgoing shipments ensuring proper packaging and documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely distribution of materials
Organize and maintain shipping and receiving areas to ensure efficiency and safety
Follow company procedures and quality standards at all times
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
