Who We Are:
- McRory Pediatric Services is a multidisciplinary clinic (Speech OT PT ABA and Child Development) with over 25 years of service in the Los Angeles area.
- Were known for our collaborative team child-led therapy and neurodiversity-affirming care model.
- Youll join a passionate team that values curiosity creativity and compassion and believes therapists deserve just as much care and support as the families we serve.
What Youll Do:
- Provide individualized therapy to children (ages 216) using evidence-based play-based approaches
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team that values your input and ideas
- Partner with families schools and other providers to support carryover and connection
- Design creative functional therapy plans that celebrate each childs strengths
- Access a wide range of assessments materials and private therapy rooms
- Continue learning through mentorship supervision and paid CEUs
What Were Looking For:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome to apply!)
- California SLP License (or in process)
- Passion for play-based relationship-driven therapy
- Strength in collaboration and communication
- Curiosity empathy and willingness to learn
