Job Summary
Werelooking foraCustomer Implementation Operations Specialistto join ourCustomer Experience to theTeam LeadCustomer Implementation Operationsyoullbeassistingthe project management team in keeping the queue flowing and aiding in setups and configurations of our hardware.
AdayinthelifeasaCustomer Implementation Operations Specialist:
- Manage project queuesmanagethe project queue by processing new account alerts and projects daily ensuringtimelyprojectsetupaccuratesubscription workflows and proper assignment of resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywork closely with TrainersandProject coordinators to set up and configure Touch and POS modules as needed as well asassistingwith basic remote hardware setup for implementation projectsas needed.
- Keep documentation up to dateassistwith creating and updating internal processdocumentation
Ifthe below describe yourknowledge experienceandcharacterthis role could be for you:
- I have knowledge ofdata analytics project management or both.
- I gained my knowledge through1years of direct experience incustomer implementation within a SaaS environment or supporting a team in an admin role.
- I have experience withCRM software such as Salesforce orPlanhat
- Imfamiliar withproject management fundamentals and data analytics related to project management
- Imexceptional atprocessing high volumes of data with extremely high accuracy and urgency
- Imextra passionateworking collaboratively with a diverse team to ensure seamless project implementation goals.
- Imwilling to occasionally traveland have a valid passport and no travel restrictionsthat limit my ability tocross the border between Canada and the USA(and Vietnam ifrequiredfor role).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing andencourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endlessopportunityto expressmyideas and buildmyleadership skills
