- Own the vision strategy and execution of camps and clinics across all locations
- Lead revenue growth capacity planning and program expansion

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Location Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations for camps and clinics across 3 facilities
- Growth & Revenue: Drive enrollment pricing strategy capacity optimization and retention toward $2M revenue
- People & Culture: Recruit train and develop leadership and instructional teams
- Systems & Execution: Create and refine SOPs scheduling models and performance metrics
- Experience Excellence: Ensure consistent high-quality experiences for kids and families
- Immediate Impact: Identify and execute quick wins while building long-term growth infrastructure
Ideal Candidate
- 3-7 years leading youth programs camps clinics or similar service-based operations
- Proven experience leading growth or scale-up phases
- Demonstrated success managing multi-location teams and P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence coach and hold teams accountable
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
