  • Leadtheimmediatenear-termandlong-termstrategicplanningimplementationgrowthandmaintenanceofarobustCorporatePartnershipsProgramandTeam.
  • LeadandmanageahighlycollaborativeteaminallidentificationcultivationsolicitationandstewardshipeffortswithCorporateandworkplacecampaignprospectsanddonors.
  • SupporttheCEOCDOandBoardofDirectorsintheircorporateengagementefforts.
  • ManageandreportonCorporatePartnershipsexpenseandrevenuebudget.
  • Meetand/orexceedannualrevenuegoals.
  • Meettheminimumannualfundraisinggrowthgoals.
  • TrackandreportonCorporatePartnershipsTeamsprogressutilizingestablishedkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs).
  • ManageaportfolioofCorporatePartners:
  • ServeastheprimaryrelationshipmanagerinidentificationcultivationsolicitationandstewardshipofCorporatePartnerswiththecapacitytosupportatthe5figurelevelonanannualbasis.
  • Securenewcorporatepartnershipsandactivations.
  • Documentallportfolio-relatedactivitiesusingthedonordatabaseAndar.
  • Supervisefront-lineteamwhomanageaportfolioofaminimumfortycorporatepartnerseachandleadonworkplacecampaignandpartnerships.
  • Otherdutiesasassigned.

EducationalBackground&Experience

  • Minimumseven(7)yearsoffundraisingexperiencewithexperienceincorporatepartnershipandaprovenrecordofaccomplishmentofsecuringcomplexcorporatepartnershipsvaluedatsix-figures-plus.
  • Experienceleadingandmanagingasuccessfulfundraisingteam;includingrecruitingmanagingevaluatingdevelopingandtrainingdevelopmentstaff.

SalaryRangeis $120000 - $125000 in addition to a competitive benefits package including paid leave healthcare benefits retirement matching and discretionary bonus options.
