Position Summary
The Associate Account Manager supports the day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts byassistingwith routine service activities renewal coordination and the maintenance ofaccuratepolicy and client records. This role requires a strong focus on delivering responsive high-quality service to both external clients and internal team members contributing to overall client satisfaction and account retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Set up andmaintainaccount details contacts and policy information in EPIC
Summarize loss history.
Summarize current programs and expiring exposures
Leverage templates and system generated letters to draft proposals stewardship reportsand other presentations / reports related to large and complex clients with guidance from an Account Manager or Account Executive.
Create premium billing allocationsand review carrier invoices
Coordinate andfinalizepolicyand endorsementcheck. Can reviewcoveragesandidentifydifferences.
Coordinateauditsand effectively resolve audit disputes.
Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
Maybe responsiblefor ordering loss runs generating proofs and endorsement and audit review
Position Specific Skills/Qualifications
Work Experience
0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty
Professional Licenses/Certifications
Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license
Essential Skills/Competencies
Knowledge of Excel Word and other MS Office products to include basic formatting.
Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems.
Seeksto obtain industry information new product informationcoverageand technology to continuously improve knowledge performance.
Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.
