1. Market Outreach & Meetings

Identify and connect with 200 elevator manufacturing and installation companies located across the assigned zones.

Make introductory calls schedule meetings and represent TORINDRIVE to the purchase and technical teams of these companies.

2. Customer Requirement Understanding
-
During the meeting gather the following essential information:
-
Number of elevators installed by the company each year
-
Number of elevators currently under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
-
Current elevator machine brand used
-
Explore whether the company is open to adopting TORINDRIVE machines if we provide better performance efficiency and reliability.
-
3. Sales Conversion
-
Lead the onboarding process with the first machine sale.
-
Complete commercial discussions and finalize the deal.
-
4. Handover to Internal Sales Team
-
Once the first sale is completed transition the customer to the in-house sales & service team.
-
Internal sales team will handle long-term support relationship management and new order follow-ups.
-
This allows the On-Board Manager to stay focused exclusively on acquiring new clients.
