This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and strengthening market presence across the Vadodara region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distribution channels building lasting customer relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives. By aligning closely with the BDEDistribution (XLC) and Local Sales Territory (LST) teams you will play a key role in achieving regional targets promoting brand visibility and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in channel dynamics and market trends will directly contribute to sustained growth and brand loyalty within the competitive building materials sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the BDEDistribution (XLC) to achieve sales targets within the assigned geography
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers ensuring alignment with evolving market demands
- Gain in-depth understanding of regional customer needs pricing sensitivities and product demand trends
- Support branding efforts marketing campaigns and product launches within budgetary guidelines to reinforce the AIDO brand image
- Plan and coordinate customer engagement events in partnership with the Local Sales Territory (LST) Team

- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in channel sales
- Preferred industry background in Doors PVC Panels Glass Lamination Sanitaryware or Building Materials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
